These terms govern your use of Clarity, at moneyleaks.io (the “Service”), operated by Official Velocity Ventures Inc.(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for anything on the Service, you agree to them.
Clarity analyses information you give us, or transactions from a bank account you choose to connect, and produces a report identifying recurring costs and spending patterns, with suggested fixes.
Clarity is not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and we are not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or accountant.Figures in a report are estimates generated by software and can be wrong or incomplete. “Committed” savings on your dashboard record fixes you told us you intend to make; they are not verified savings and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Every decision you make with the Service is your own.
You need an account to buy anything. You must give accurate information, be at least 18 years old, and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We offer two separate paid products:
Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported (USD, CAD, GBP) and otherwise in USD. We may change prices, but a change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for; we will tell you before a changed price applies to a renewal.
One-time reports are delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once generated. Subscription charges are non-refundable for periods already used. That said, if something went wrong — you were charged twice, the report failed to generate, you were billed after cancelling — email support@moneyleaks.io and we will make it right. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the access it paid for ends. For a one-time report, that report locks again. For a subscription, reports you generated while it was active stay available to you — you paid for those months — but access to anything new ends with the refund.
If you connect a bank account, we use Plaid Inc. to establish that connection. We receive read-only transaction and balance data; we cannot move money and never ask for your banking password ourselves. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Plaid is also subject to Plaid’s own end user privacy policy. See our Privacy Policy for what we do with that data.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate an account that does any of these.
Ask Clarity and report generation use third-party AI models. Output can be inaccurate. Do not treat it as a professional opinion, and check anything that matters before acting on it. Fair-use limits apply to Ask Clarity so one account cannot consume unlimited AI capacity; current limits are shown when you reach them.
You keep ownership of the financial information you provide. You grant us the licence needed to process it in order to run the Service for you. We do not sell your personal or financial data.
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively paying for, we will refund the unused portion of that period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost savings, lost profits, or financial decisions you made using the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law allows.
You can delete your account at any time by emailing support@moneyleaks.io. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will notify account holders by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
